Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 714days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return of greeting cards or gift wrap, you can contact us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not provide pre-paid return labels for any return, nor do we cover the cost of return postage. 

Damages and issues

We package your orders of greeting cards and gift wrap carefully in protective, board back envelopes to make sure your products arrive in perfect condition, but if your products are damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item please email us within 14 days of receiving your parcel and we'll be happy to help. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale items, gift cards and custom products such as special orders or personalised items cannot be retuned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
